DRAFT — this page is a structural placeholder pending legal review. It is not yet a binding policy.
Privacy policy
SolviQueDesk is a multi-tenant IT support and knowledge base platform. This page explains, in outline, what data the platform processes on behalf of a customer organization ("tenant") and its members, and how that data is protected.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, role) for each member an organization invites; ticket and knowledge base content that members and end users submit; usage and audit metadata (timestamps, actions taken) needed to operate and secure the service.
How it is isolated
Every tenant’s data is scoped by row-level security enforced in the database itself, not by application code — one organization’s tickets, articles and settings are never visible to another’s.
AI features
Where an organization enables AI assistance, relevant ticket or article text is sent to a third-party language model provider to generate a response. This is optional per organization and can be disabled in its settings.
Sub-processors
Infrastructure and data storage: Supabase. AI assistance (opt-in, per organization): a third-party model provider. Single sign-on (opt-in, per organization): Microsoft Entra ID, when configured. A full sub-processor list will be published here before this policy is finalized.
Retention
Retention periods for ticket data, audit logs and account records after an organization’s subscription ends are to be defined.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, an individual or organization may have rights to access, correct, export or delete their data. The process for exercising these rights is to be defined.
